COMPARATIVE RESEARCH BETWEEN EXTROVERT AND INTROVERT PERSONALITY ON SPEAKING ACHIEVEMENT

Speaking is a productive skill that can be immediately observed. The major goal of all English language teaching should to provide learners with the ability use effectively and accurately achieve better communication. However, some students still have difficulty in speaking, because their different performance levels. They process information differently there difference personality (extrovert introvert). This current research investigate whether significant between introvert extrovert on speaking achievement at Cambridge School English. 23 were selected as sample type was determined by using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire score from test. quantitative approach; non-experimental design. result reveals mean although slight, 74 76.54. Meanwhile collecting numerical data analyzed SPSS 22, independent t-test shows t-table higher than t-count (-1.360<t-table 1.721), therefore H0 accepted Ha rejected. It means no achievement.
